RECONSIDERATION OF CHARITABLE EXEMPTIONS GRANTED TO THE APOSTOLIC ASSEMBLY OF THE FAITH IN CHRIST JESUS FOR 2009 AND 2010 REAL ESTATE TAX�S, AND TO THE GRAND ISLAND YMCA FOR 2010 P�RSONAL PROPERTY TAXES. Arnold stated that the County was contacted by the Nebraska Department of Revenue Property Tax Assessment Division regarding the exemptions for the church and the YMCA and it is their intention to appeal the caunty's decision r�garding the exemptions. Arnold made a motion and Lancaster secanded to rescind the exemption for the Apostolic Assembly of the Faith in Christ Jesus Church for 2009 and 2010 real estate taxes and rescind the exemption for the YMCA for the 2010 personal property taxes. Lancaster stated that there is no malice intended they missed a deadline and the County Board cannot approve the exemptions und�r the law. Arnold, Jeffries, Lancaster, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. Mation carried. Lancaster questioned the minutes from the last meeting. The minutes w�re E mailed ta board members with all 4 pages but the copy in the packet was missing a page. Lancaster made a motion and Schuppan seconded ta bring the minutes back at the next meeting. Arnold, Jeffries, Lancaster, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. Mation carried.
