RESOLUTION #12�� RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR ADDITIONAL APPRQPRIATIONS FOR THE HALL COUNTY JWENILE DNERSTON BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2012-2013 WHEREAS, due to unforeseen circurnstances there are additional expenses ta be incurred in the operatian of the Hall County Juvenile Diversion budget which cauld have not been reas�nably anticipated at the time the County budget for the current year was adopted; and WHEREAS, funds for the operation of the Hall County Juvenile Diversion budget are included in the Caunty budget as part of the County General Fund; and WHEREAS, there are sufficient uncxpended and unencumbered funds remaining in the County General Fund Grant—Juvenile Services line item 790-1-0100 (Crime Cornrn-County Aid/JABG Salaries) to permit a transfer of$23,600 and Caunty General Fund Miscellaneous General line item 970-2-9900 (miscellaneous) to permit a transfer of$7,416 from said line itern ta the following County General Fund Juv�nile Diversion line items 666-1-0203 in the amount of $21,500, 666-1-1000 in the amount of$1644.75, 666-1-p901 in the amou�at of$1451.25, and 666-1- 0802 in the amount of$6420 in order to pay said unanticipated additional expenses. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the Hall County Board of Supervisors that the Caunty General Fund Grant—Juvenile Services line item 794-1-0100 be reduced in the amount of $23,600 and the County General Fund Miscellaneous General line item 970-2-9900 be reduced in the arnount of$7,41G and that the Caunty General Fund Juvenile Div�rsion line ite�xas 666-1-0203 be increased by$21,500, 666-1-1000 b�increased by$1644.75, 666-1-0901 be increased by $1451.25, and 666-1-0802 be increased by$6420. Said action being taken in order to permit the paym�nt of additional and unforeseen expens�s to be incurred in the operation of the Hall Caunty Juvenile Diversion budget for the fiscal year 2012-2013. The Hall County Clerk and other county officials are hereby authorized to take such actian as necessary in order to implement this resalutior�.
