DISCUSS AND ACCEPT LOW BID ON FIRE SUPPR�SSION SYSTEM FOR IT ROOM <br /> Purdy stated they received 2 informal bids GI Fire for $10,800.00 and Protex for $11,900.00 GI <br /> Fire was the low bid at $10,800.00. <br /> Purdy made a motion and Ziola secanded to accept the law bid for the fire protection system in <br /> the computer room. <br /> There are 15 servers in the room and this system uses a chemical ta put out a fire so the <br /> computers wouldn't be damaged. <br /> The vote on the motion was taken. Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt Schuppan <br /> and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 15. DISCUSS AND APPROVE RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR ADDITIONAL <br /> APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE HALL COUNTY JUVENILE DIVERSION BUDGET FOR FISCAL <br /> Y�AR 2012 — 2013 - Stacey Ruzicka prepared the resalutian that states wh�;re the funds are to <br /> come from. This is based on the idea that the position will b� filled on November 15t.
