4. COUNTY ATTORNEY - EXECUTIVE SESSION — LITIGATION STRATEGY <br /> Purdy made a motion and Schuppan seconded ta go into executive session regarding <br /> litigation strategy. This executive session is to protect the public interest. Arnold, <br /> Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all vated yes and none <br /> voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 9:40 a.m. executive session <br /> 9:55 a.m. Arnold made a motian and Ziola seconded motion to go out af executive <br /> session no action and no votes were taken and no other subject was discussed. <br /> Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all vated yes and <br /> none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 12 DISCUSS AND APPROVE RESOLUTIONS FOR OUTSIDE ENTITIES TAX ASKING <br /> The following resolutions were prepared and County Clerk Marla Canley read the <br /> resolutions. <br /> a. GRAND (SLAND SUBURBAN FIRE DISTRICT#3 - Quandt made a mation ta <br /> approve Resolution #12-054 for Grand island Suburban Fire District#3 Arnold, <br /> Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none <br /> voted no. Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION #12 —54 <br /> A RESOLUTION DETERMINING A FINAL ALLOCATION OF LEVY AUTHORITY FOR <br /> THE <br /> GRAND ISLAND SUBURBAN FIRE DISTRICT #3 <br /> WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors is in receipt of a preliminary request of <br /> levy allocation submitted by the Grand Island Suburban Fire District#3, hereinafter referred to <br /> as "District," requesting an allocation of levy in the amount of General $132,158.47 and 5inking <br /> $140,152.03 for the fiscal year 2012 —2013, and <br /> WH�REAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors has considered the aforesaid <br /> preliminary levy request and d�termined that a final allocation of levy authority should be made <br /> and establish�d for the District. <br /> NOW BE IT RESOLVED, a final allocation of I�vy authority in the amount of General <br /> $132,158.47 and 5inking $140,152.03 is hereby determined, made and established for the <br /> District for the fiscal year 2012 - 2013. <br /> IT IS FURTHER R�SOLVED, the Hall County Clerk shall forward a capy of the <br /> Resolution to the Chairperson of the governing body of the District. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 28t" DAY OF August , 2012. <br /> Resolution moved by Supervisor Gary Quandt <br /> Seconded by Supervisor Dave Ziola <br /> 4 <br />
