RES�LUTION #12 - <br /> A RESOLU�I�N AUTHURIZING HAI�L COUNTY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATICiN TO APPLY <br /> FC7R PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION ASSiSTANCE <br /> WHEREAS, THERE ARE FFY 2D12 federal funds available under Section 5311 of the <br /> Federal Transit Act and for the Nebraska Public Transportation Assistance Program; and <br /> WH�REAS, hall Caunty Public Transpartation desire to apply for said funds to provide public <br /> transportation in Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Hall County Baard of Supervisors hereby <br /> instructs Hall Caunty Public Transportation to apply for said funds Said funds are #a be used <br /> for Hall County Public Transportation's transportation aperations in the FY 2012 -- 2013 <br /> Applicatian for Public Transportation Assistance. <br /> BE IF FLJRTHER RESQL.VED th�t th� Hall County Board of Supervisors hereby authorizes , <br /> the Chairman of the Hall County Board af Supervisors to sign said application for Public <br /> Transportatian Assistance. <br /> ,� <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOL.VED that in the event Public Transportation Assistance is awarded <br /> as a result of the aforementioned Application, the Hall C nt Board of S�gervisors hereby <br /> agrees ta provide matching funds up to and including $ `'► .
