Ob ''ons of Ind�ustries. Ta the e�ctent not inconsistent with this agreement, I�dustries sball perfor.m ac� an.d every condit�on, obligation, and xesponsibility required af County pwrsuant to the current "Agreement'between Hall county and the S#�te ofNebraska. Department of Roads for Partial Funding of a Transpc�rtahon System:" or any svbseque�rt ag�reexne�nt as ag�r�ed to by t�e parties. Said conditions, obligations, and responsibilities shall include, but sha11 not t� li�nited to, project financial accowatin.g �d administra�ions requizements; p�repacation aud submissian of audits; �rabibited int�rests; ctimpliance with applicable ]�.bor a:ad civil r.ights legislation aud rules; compliance with the requirements set aut in exhibits "A", "B", "C", and "D" rovhich are axtachecl hezeto and incorparated herein by this r�ference as though fully set farth; compliance with 49 C.F.R. Part 604 aud 605 regazding charter bus operations and school bus aperations; and compliance with federat and state cirug free workplace x�equirements. Section 5. Assi�nments aa�d Subcontracts. Indushries sb�all not assign this a.g�reeme�t nar euter into any subc�ntracts for any of the services provided far in this agreement without the pniar writt�n consent of the County and the Nebrraska Departnaent af Roads. 5ectian b. Amendaaents. T}.�e parties xnay make adjustments to #he �vvorlc and services to be perfornaed �nder this agreement af�er consultation wi.t}x amd appraval by the Nebraska De�ent af Roads. Revision in the c+ontent of tb�is agreement made necessary or desirable due to cha7ages or mcxlifir�utxans in any subsequent agreemc�nt between County and the Nebraska. Department of Rev�nue sha11 be negotiated in good faith by the parties he�reta npou the request of either party.
