SUBCONT.R.ACT AGREEMENT SET'WEEN THE COUNTY OF HALL, NEBR.ASKA, .AND SENIOR CIT.iZ�NS Il�TDUS'TRIES, ]NC., OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA This AGREEMENT made and entered into by aa�d betwe�n the Coun�ty of Hall, Nebraska, a bady �olitic and carporate, hereinafter referred to as "County", ax�d Senior Citi�ens Industries, �anc. of Grand Island, Nebraska, herreinafter referred ta as "Induistries", WlTNESSETH: WHEREAS, Caunty, tlarough subcontract agreements with Indu.�ries, has prnvided transportation services �vithiu Hall County, Nebraska, under and pu�rsuant to agreements 'bet�ween Couuty and #he St,ate of Nebraska Deparlmeat af Raads as authorized by the Nebraska. Public Transportat�ion Ack, Neb. Rev. State. Sec.13-1201 througla 113-1212, and the Fedexal Transit Act; and WHER,�AS, the cantinuation of ira,nsportati4n services by County thraugt� sv.bcontract agreem�ents vv�i#3� Induslries beneficial to the ir��abitants of tb.e County of Ha.11. NOOV TT�REFORE, in cansideration of the mutual covenants contaaned herein, Cou�ty and Industraies agree as follows: Section 1. Scope of Pra�ect. Coun subject ta approval by the State of Nebr�ska D�arhment of roads, daes hereby appoint Industries as County's subcontractor uuder and in accordance with the "Agreement between Hall Caunty and the State of Ne�braska I3epartment of Roads for pra�i.ding 1'artiat �unds af a Public Transpartatian System" for the per�iad July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013. Indu.�tries sha11 uzxdertake and shall provide public transportation �vvithin the County of Ha11 in accordance with the applications for such fun,d.s, which applications shail be P�P� by �ndustries �nd approved by County, the "Agceement between Hall County and �the Sta�e af Nei�raska Department af Roads for Providing Partisl Funds of a Public Transporta�ion Systezn, and any such subsequent agreennents, and ira accordance with this agreenaent Section 2. Pro'ect Assets and ui ent Upon ternninatian of #�.is subcontract agreemeut, all assets and �uipmez�t purcbased by Industries asing :funciing provided pursuant #a this ag�reement or prior agreements of the parties shall revert ta the County of Hall with the exc�ption of a11 buss�:.s whic� ere purchase� using funds provided thraugh 49 U.S.C. Sectian 5311, which sbaJ� zevert to the Nebxaska Department of roads for disp�ssal u�nl.ess County provides sucb transportation services directly or enters into a subcontract agreement with anather subconiaractor.
