Mr. Zitterkopf stated that the goveming body could use reasonable limitatians so the discussian could be stopped and rescheduled at another time. Ziola stated that h� attends #he City Council meetings and they have a paper form that can be filled out requesting a future agenda item. If there are personnel issues brought up #hey could be asked if they had talked to th� supervisor of the department and then they could praceed. Amold stated that if people request to have items placed an the agenda the public can contact the County Board members to have an item added. Lancaster stat�d that the entire Board nEeds ta agree on how this is addressed. She expressed cancern on the fact that freedom of speech can allow disregard far a person. There can be a time limit and it is important to be fair to both sides. On occasion the public participatian is used for special recognitions and that may take longer than three minutes. It is important to let people have their say. Arnold suggested that the chair could decide if a subject should be continued. Mr. Zifitericapf stated that in the three years he was been with the County Board this is the only time this has happen Lancaster stated that we want to make sure that they do the right thing. 9:30 A.M. DISCUSS AND TAKE ACTION ON ADDENDUM TO CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES WITH SEQUOIA CONSULTING GROUP Mr. Purdy stated that the Board received proposals for the consulting services a year ago and has received an addendum far the consulting services praposing a reduction in the cost to $6,850.00 per year and requested ta add one more year to the current contract so is would be effective for 2011, 2012 and 2Q13. Purdy made a motian and Ziola seconded to authoriz� the Chair to sign the addendum to the cantract for Sequoia Consulting Group. Arnold, l.ancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no with Schuppan absent. Motion carried. 9. DISCUSS AND TAKE ACTION ON LISTING CHILDREN'S VILLAGE PROPERTY WITH ANOTHER REALTOR - Purdy stated that they received two prapasals one from A/Plus Realty and the other from Plate Realty. Mr. Humphrey stated that A/Plus sent a written proposal and Plate Real#y was a verbal propasal setting the commissian at the 6%. The committee is recommending the written proposal from A/Plus Realty. Purdy made a motion and Quandt seconded to accept the proposal from A/Plus Realty and authorize the Chair to sign. The cuRent listing price is $148,50Q.Q0. Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no with Schuppan absent. Motion carried. 2
