Discussion was held. <br /> Arnold made a motion and Schuppan seconded to add the special audit of the juvenile diversion <br /> department to the special audit of the County Treasurer with McDermott Miller. Arnold, <br /> Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 17. A. APPROVE BI WEEKLY PAY CLAIMS <br /> b. APPROVE EARLY CLAIMS — Quandt made a motion and Ziola seconded to approve the bi <br /> weekly pay claims and the early claims. Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, <br /> Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> BOARD ASSISTANT'S REPORT — Board Assistant Stacey Ruzicka suggested that the <br /> personnel committee meet right after the meeting for the performance evaluation. <br /> She asked the board members to let her know what dates they would be available for the <br /> budget meetings. There will also be the board of equalization meetings. <br /> BOARD MEMBER'S REPORTS — Schuppan stated that he was contacted by Adams County <br /> regarding the Chamness agreement that Hall County has. The asked him to attend a zoning <br /> meeting regarding this issue. <br /> Ziola stated that the criminal justice committee, juvenile services committee and the computer <br /> committees have met. He has also been working on the job description. <br /> Lancaster stated that she was contacted by Mike Gloor regarding the voter ID bill and he was <br /> asking for support but she found out that NACO does not support this bill. She also stated that <br /> she met with the Platte Institute a group that is led by Pete Rickets. They want to make <br /> government more efficient. She stated that Stacey helped her make a list of unfunded <br /> mandates that have affected Hall County. It was a total of $1,927,149,000.00 this is a huge <br /> amount, she has all of the information.
