She stated that the Board of Equalization meeting dates <br /> have been set and she would like to set the budget meetings and asked if the board members <br /> would let her know what dates will work for the board members. <br /> 14. A) EXECUTIVE SESSION — DISCUSS LITIGATION OF NEOC COMPLAINT OF RICK <br /> OGDEN - Quandt made a motion and Ziola seconded to go into executive session regarding the <br /> NEOC complaint. This executive session is to protect the public interest. Arnold, Lancaster, <br /> McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> 12:16 a.m. executive session <br /> 12:26 a.m. Quandt made a motion and Ziola seconded to go out of executive session. Arnold, <br /> Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> B) TAKE ACTION TO ACCEPT OR REJECT RICK OGDEN SETTLEMENT PROPOSAL - Ziola <br /> made a motion and Purdy seconded to not accept the settlement offer in the matter of the Rick <br /> Ogden regarding the NEOC complaint. Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, <br /> Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no.
