10. 10:20 AM — PUBLIC HEARING — FINAL TAX REQUEST FOR COUNTY BUDGET RATES <br /> Arnold made a motion and Ziola seconded to open the public hearing for the final tax request for <br /> the county budget rates. Arnold, Lancaster, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes <br /> and none voted no with Jeffries absent. Motion carried. <br /> Vice Chairman Lancaster called for public participation and no one responded. <br /> Arnold made a motion and Ziola seconded to close the public hearing. Arnold, Lancaster, <br /> Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no with Jeffries absent. <br /> Motion carved. <br /> 11. DISCUSS AND APPROVE RESOLUTION SETTING PROPERTY TAX REQUEST FOR <br /> HALL COUNTY — Arnold questioned with the additional valuation that was not anticipated would <br /> this increase the additional dollars or would only increase by a percentage and Mr. Fegley <br /> stated that was correct. <br /> Ziola made a motion and Schuppan seconded to approve Resolution #11 -057 setting the tax <br /> request for Hall County. Quandt noted that the tax rate is the same but the dollars have <br /> changed. Arnold, Lancaster, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted <br /> no with Jeffries absent.
