Doug Drudik introduced Brandon Wamer and <br /> James Carlson. Lancaster stated that it was necessary to move all of the computer equipment <br /> and servers from the Court House to the Administration Building because of concerns on water <br /> leaks and the room in the administration building had been used to store all of the old <br /> equipment so all of that needed to be cleaned out. The 3 employees serve 356 users and <br /> handle all of the computer issues but in addition to that they moved all of the shelving and <br /> disposed of all of the old equipment and completely cleaned out the room so the servers could <br /> be moved. Lancaster stated that she wanted to bring this to everyone's attention and thanked <br /> them for their hard work. <br /> Arnold stated that since Doug has been here there have been fewer concerns than before and <br /> they do an awesome job. <br /> 9:05 a.m. Held a Board of Equalization meeting <br /> 9:21 a.m. Retumed to regular session <br /> 14. EXECUTIVE SESSION — REAL ESTATE NEGOTIATIONS - McFarland made a motion and <br /> Purdy seconded to go into executive session regarding the real estate negotiations. This <br /> executive session is to protect the public interest. Chairman Lancaster stated that Loren <br /> Humphrey, Jack Zitterkopf and Don Mehring real estate agent will be included in the executive <br /> session. Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and <br /> none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 9:22 a.m. executive session <br /> 9:47 a.m. Arnold made a motion and Quandt seconded to go out of executive session. Arnold, <br /> Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNTY ATTORNEY — Deputy County Attorney Jack Zitterkopf was present. Lancaster <br /> wished him a happy birthday. <br /> CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH THE VILLAGE <br /> OF DONIPHAN FOR THE ISSUANCE OF ZONING PERMITS - Mr. Zitterkopf stated that he <br /> 3 <br />
