Hall County Board of Corrections <br /> July 5, 2011 <br /> Safran MorphoTrak fingerprint system. State already has contract for a desk top model <br /> which will fit our operations need as well as being a backup for our current system. The <br /> difference in price is $579.00. We are currently at 350 -400 per year. <br /> The inmate phone & the commissary integration should take place in the next two weeks <br /> that will allow for a larger revenue stream. <br /> ICE audit is scheduled for the week of the 18 Lead auditor is from Hawaii. <br /> Contract negotiations have started & we have met once with a good start. <br /> Aramark amendment #6 for increase in costs per meal. This is based on the consumer <br /> price index increase of 5.33% (1.06 previous year) which equates to an increase of .07 <br /> ($1.29 versus $1.36). This is reflected in an increase of nearly $38,000.00 in food line (2- <br /> 1901). <br /> 240 inmates X $1.36 X 3 (meals /day) X 365 (days per year)= $357,408.00 annual <br /> expense <br /> Advance Correctional Healthcare has a 3% increase for this budget year. $336,616.00 for <br /> 11/12 year compared to $326,820.00 for previous year. <br /> I'm hearing rumblings of having some felonies being served at the county level that could <br /> go up to 2 years. <br /> Executive session; 2 personnel items to discuss. <br />
