Sheriff’s Dept. <br />Date: 09-19-2013 <br /> <br />The missing Gibbon primates were recovered early this morning in Fort Meyers <br />Florida. Both are alive and well. <br /> <br />Two individuals were taken into custody reference this incident. Jacob <br />Ruehlman, age 20, from Fort Meyers Florida and his twin brother Michael <br />Ruehlman, age 20, address unknown. <br /> <br />Both individuals are being charged in Florida with possession of stolen property. <br />Other Federal charges are pending in that it is illegal to possess the Gibbons <br />without the proper licensure. <br /> <br />The brothers were listed by the victim as persons of interest, which led us to <br />the recovery of the primates. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Charges in Hall County are pending for burglary reference this incident. <br /> Page 1 <br /> <br />
