He is being <br />st <br />charged with <br />Attempted 1 Degree Assault on an Officer, Using a Weapon <br /> Mr. Cosgriff is also currently on Parole. <br />in the Commission of a Felony . <br />Additional charges may be pending after the County Attorney’s Office reviews <br />the reports. <br /> <br />A sincere thank you to all agencies who responded to assist.
