<br />20081 —The Augustine Co., Grand Island, Nebr.
<br />required by law and the orders of this court, fixing therein this as the time and place for
<br />said hearing and for an examination and settlement of said estate, and all things pertaining to
<br />the administration of said estate; that-due and legal notice of the time for filing claims
<br />against said estate has been had and given as required by law and the orders of this court; that
<br />all claims filed against said estate, including funeral expenses and the expenses of administering
<br />said estate, have been paid and discharged, and the filing of claims hereafter has been barred
<br />by the orders of this court.
<br />That the estate tax chargeable or assessable against said estate, under the laws of the United
<br />States, has been fully paid, and that the inheritance tax chargeable or assessable against the
<br />interest of the heirs therein under the laws of the State of Nebraska has been determined,
<br />fully paid, and recei,ts therefor are on file herein.
<br />That the said Charles Bosselman died, testate, on the 15th day of January, 1946; that he
<br />was, at said time, a resident and inhabitant of Merrick County, Nebraska, and was possessed of
<br />both real and personal property situated therein; that at the time of the death of the said
<br />Charles Bosselman, he left him surviving, as his sole and only heirs at law,, nest of kin, and the
<br />only persons interested in his estate, the following named persons, to -wit:
<br />Johanna Bosselman, his wife, of St. Libory, Nebraska. Florence Bader, a daughter, of Palmer,
<br />Nebraska. Arthur Bosselman, a son, of 1224 Longmount Avenue, Boise, Idaho. Frances Meshelko,
<br />a daughter, of 19 Lake Street, Danbury, Conneticut. Charlotte Eaton, a daughter, of 235 South
<br />Oak, Grand Island, Nebraska. Lillie Bosselman, a daughter, of St. Libory, Nebraska. Charles 0.
<br />Bosselman, a son, of St. Libory, Nebraska. Norman Bosselman, a son, of St. Libory, Nebraska.
<br />Fredrick Bosselman, a son, of Chapman, Nebraska.
<br />That the final report of the executor filed in said estate shows that he has received the sum
<br />of $4346.94, and has expended, in satisfaction of claims, and allowances against said estate,
<br />including the costs of administration thereof, the sum of $4346.94, and that there now remains
<br />nothing in his hands for distribution. Said report further shows that Johanna Bosselman, the
<br />widow, and one of the beneficiaries of the said Charles Bosselman, Deceased, has advanced the
<br />sum of $3934,74, and the said Johanna Bosselman being present in open court waived any claim
<br />against said estate for said sum so advanced.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ordered, adjudged and decreed by,the court that said administration account
<br />of the said Charles 0. Bosselman, as executor of the Estate of Charles Bosselman, Deceased, be, and
<br />the same is hereby in all things approved and allowed, and said estate declared closed and
<br />settled so far as possible at this time; that the real estate belonging to said estate, to -wit:
<br />Northeast Quarter (NR I) of Section Seventeen (17), Township Thirteen (13) North, Range Eight (8),
<br />West of the 6th P. M. in Merrick County, Nebraska.
<br />West Half of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter (WV SEJ) of Section Eight (8); the North-
<br />west Quarter (NW ),and the West Half of the Northeast Quarter (W2NEt ) of Section Sixteen (16)
<br />the East Half (EJ), and the East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E,NW .-), and a strip of land
<br />consisting of the East 3 Rods of the South 83 Rods of the Southwest Quarter (SWJ), all in
<br />Section Nine (9), and all located in Township Thirteen (13) North,R.ange Eight (8), West of the
<br />6th P.M. in Merrick County, Nebraska.
<br />Lot Five (5), Block Fourteen (14), Bogg's and Hil11s Addition to Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />Located in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />ahould be and it is hereby assigned to the persons entitled thereto according to the terms of
<br />the last will and testament of said deceased, and subject to all of the liens thereon and
<br />conditions thereof as therein set forth.
<br />It is further ordered that said executor should be, and he is hereby ordered and directed
<br />to assign and transfer all of the personal property remaining in his hands to Johanna Bosselman.
<br />It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that said executor has fully
<br />accounted for all of the assets which have come into his hands, and that he is not to be charged
<br />with any further duties or liabilities during the lifetime of the said Johanna Bosselman, and
<br />that his bond heretofore furnished to the court should be, and it is hereby cancelled and
<br />annulled, and his official bondsmen are hereby discharged from any and all further liability;
<br />but it is ordered by the court that the said Charles 0. Bosselman shall continue in his official
<br />capacity as executor of said estate for the purpose of collecting and dispersing the money to be
<br />collected and distributed under the provisions of Paragraphs V and VII of the last will and
<br />testament of the said Charles Bosselman, Deceased, which said collections and disbursements
<br />cannot be made until the death of Johanna Bosselman, and upon the death of the said Johanna
<br />Bosselman said executor shall forthwith furnish such bond as may be ordered by the court at
<br />that time, and shall then proceed to collect and distribute said moneys in accordance with the
<br />terms of said last will and testament.
