<br /> the �etober Term of said Court, A.D. , 1936, exam3ned and conflrmed, and the said Dan3e1 3ander8

<br /> Building & Loan Association, a corporation,
<br /> N0�1, THEREFORE, I, the said Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff of Hall County, Nebraska, in pursuanc� of
<br /> the order of said Court, as af'oresaid, in corzsideration oP the premises, and by vir�tue of the
<br /> powere in me vested by law, do hereby give, grant, and conve� unto the said David City Buildir�g &
