<br /> FIRST: I hereby confirm and ratify the said Will in every �
<br /> respect, excepting insofar as any part of it ia inconsistent with Chis !

<br /> SECOND: I hereby revoke ARTICLES V, VI and VII of my Will, and �
<br /> substitute in their stead the following: �
<br /> ARTICLE V

<br /> I hereby. give, devise and bequeath the following described � �

<br /> Part of Lots 4, S & 6 in Block 4 of Fairlawn Addition " i
<br /> to the City of Fremont, Dodge County, Nebraska - •
<br /> to my brother, George E. Schmidt, and my sister, Margaret Staal,. to each an
<br /> equal and undivided interest therein, provided that:
<br /> a. .if either George E.Schmidt or Margaret Staal should predecease `
<br /> < me, then the bequest eo such deceased ahall terminate, and •
<br /> their share shall then go to Norman Schmidt.
<br /> b. Norman Schmidt's interest hereunder shall not terminate if he�
<br /> predeceases me, but shall deacend to hia children by right of,
<br /> representation. . . .
<br /> ARTICLE VI ,
<br /> I hereby make the following cash bequests:
<br /> $2,000.00 to Salem Lutheran Church of Fremont, Nebraska;
<br /> � $ 500.00 to the Catholic'Charities of the Archdiocese of
<br /> � Omaha, Nebraska; � •
<br /> $1,000.00 to Dana College at Blair, Nebraska; '
<br /> $4,000.00 to the Wolbach, Nebraska, Public Schools located
<br /> in Greeley County, Nebraska, to be used for college
<br />, scholarships, and administered by the Board of Education
<br /> of the Wolbach, Nebraska, Public Schools in auch manner
<br /> and amount as they ahall in their best discretion deem
<br /> advisable.
<br /> $- 500.00 to Ruth �'rederiksen of Fremont, Nebraska. _

<br /> I have certain items of personal property that have sentimental
<br /> value to me, and I shall_leave a letter addressed to my Executor in which I will
<br /> , direct him concerning the distribution of these items of personal property, and�I
<br /> ask that he solicit the assistance of Ruth Frederiksen 3n making these dispoaitions.
