<br /> TENTH. I direct that my wife, "Agatha A. Fishburn,

<br /> reputable sur�ty company as surety thereon in the pen.al sum of
<br /> at least one and. one-half times the value of the trust estate �,

<br /> for the faithful performance of his duties as such trustee, and
<br /> for the proper accountin�; any paying over of all moneys and

<br /> of the death, resi.gnation, refusal or iria.bility to act, of any
<br /> ttustee namee: under this wi1l, I direc� the court havino juris-
<br /> diction of the probate of this will shall appoint a successor
<br /> in trust, and before such successor in trust shall assume the
<br /> duties as such trustee he shall be required to enter into a
