<br /> make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, that is to

<br /> I appoint my son, Lewis W, Keen, executor of this my Last Wi11

<br /> and Testament, and for the purpose of carr�ing out the provisions of
<br /> this Will� I hereby authorize ar¢1 empower my said executor, or his
<br /> suceessor, to sell, convey and transfer any part or all of my property,
<br /> rea1, personal or mixed, at such times and on such terms, at eitrier
<br /> public or private sale' as he may deem best, and to execute and deliver
<br /> all necessary deeds, bills of sale, assignments or other written instru-
<br /> ments of conveyanee necessary to convey and transfer complete title
<br /> thereto.

<br /> I direct that all of my debts, funeral and testament expenses
<br /> shall be paid as soon after my death as can conveniently be done,

<br /> All the rest, residue and remainder of my property� real, per-
<br /> �sonal or mixed, I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved husband,
<br /> Cordia To Keen.

<br /> PROVIDED, H�dEVER, if my beloved husband, Cordia T. Keen, should
<br /> precede me in death, then I �ive, devise and bequeath as follows:
<br /> 1. To my beloved daughter, Katheryn M. Rinke, the sum of

<br /> 2, To my beloved grandson, Daniel Ray Keen, son of my ;�
