O'Meara, deceased, praying for a Final Se�tlement and allowance of his accou�ts, a D�cree of Heirship, a Decree distribsting and assigning the residue of said estate, and a dis�harg� from his trust as such Executor. The Court having fu11y examine3 the records and files in this procesdings, and b�ing fully advised in the premises, finds that due notice of tnis hearing has b�en giv�n as required by law and the order of_ this Court, and from th� evidence anc� testimony introduced at tYi;_s hearing, the Court finds: 1. That the account of said E.xecutor is correct in all ' respects ancl should h� approved and allowed, with the addition to the balance on hand in '�he. possession of the said Execut'or of the sum of $165.00, ret�resenting reimbursement fro:n th� • Livingston-Butler-Volland Funeral Home for overpay*nent of the claim �f said Livingstan=Butler-Volland Funeral Home, and that, at the date �f this '�earing, the said Executo.r has in his accourit, as assets of the estate the sum of $471.41; and that all other personal praperty b��longing to said estate has bzen sold and reduced to cash. 2.
