R I D E R THIS RIDER is attached to and is hereby made a part of that certain lease, dated August 11, 1956, filed.for record in the Office of Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on September 28, 1956 and recorded in Book 4 of Miscellaneous Records at Page 177, by and between H. E. CARTER and JENNELEA CARTER, his wife, and M. J. PAULK and OPAL PAULK, his wife, Lessors, and STANDARD OIL COMPANY, an Indiana corporation, Lessee, covering premises situate in the City of Wood River, Hall County, State of Nebraska, more particularly described in the aforesaid lease. It is hereby mutually agreed by and between the parties here- to, H. E. CARTER and JENNELEA CARTER, his wife, and M. J. PAULK, and OPAL PAULK, his wife, and STANDARD OIL COMPANY, an Indiana corporation, that the legal description as contained in the aforesaid lease be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: The East Half of Lot 13 and all of Lots 14 and 15, Block 5, Clark's Addition to the Village of Wood River, Nebraska. EXCEPT AS HEREIN MODIFIED AND AMENDED, said lease dated / August 11, 1956, shall continue in full force and effect according to the terms, conditions and covenants thereof. Dated this day of A.
