<br /> V. Rubene, Della B. Cover and Flise L. Rayburn, share and share alike, in fee simple.

<br /> In t7�e event of the death of any one or more of our four said dau�hters prior to tne death
<br /> of the survivor of us, leaving issue, then said devise a.11d bequest shall not lapse, but shall pass
<br /> to said issue by right of representation; the term "issue'� shall include adopted child cr children,
<br /> but shall not include a spouse; in the event of the death of any one or more of our said daughters
<br /> prior to the death of the survivor of us, without issue, as so defined, then the devise and be-
<br /> quest hereinbefore set for�h, shall la�se and determine, and the property so devised and bequeathed,
<br /> sha11 pass and descend to the remaining daughters, sh�re and share alike.
