<br /> Now on this 3rd day of March, 1948, this cause came on to be heard on the Final Report of
<br /> Frieda Dibbern and Clarence P. Dibbern, Executors under the last Will and Teatament of Peter W.
<br /> Dibbern, deceased, and the C�urt, after havin� exa.mined the recorda and files, f inds that notice
<br /> in the manner and form provided by law, haa been given of the f iling of said Final Report, and that
<br /> no ob�ections have been f iled thereto,
<br /> IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Final Report of said
<br /> Executors be and the same is hereby c�nfirmed.
<br /> The Court further finds that said Peter W. Dibbern died in Hall County, Nebraska, on November 6,
<br /> 19�6, leaving a last w�ll and testament, which has heretofore been admitted to probate and that
<br /> said probate has never,,set aside or appealed from; that at the time of his death the sa,id Peter W.
<br /> Dibbern was a resident of Hall County, Nebraeka, and that this court has �urisdiction.
<br /> The C�urt further finds that the said Peter W. Dibbern left a widow him surviving, Frieda
<br /> Dibbern, who, with his children, Clarence P. Dibbern, Ella M. Hetrick, Bernha.rt Dibbern, Ra1ph
<br /> Dibbern and John Dibbern, conetitute the sole and only heira at law of said Peter W. Dibbern, and
<br /> that there were no child or children, the issue of any deceased child, him surviving.
<br /> The Court further findg that all of the personal property in bhe hands of the Executors, has,
<br /> by agreement of the devisees, been assigned to the widow, Frieda Dibbern, and that ahe has re-
<br /> ceipted for all of the personal property, widow� s allowance and atatutory exemptions, and that
<br /> there remains no further property in the hands of the executors, the property of said Peter W.
<br /> Dibbern, deceased, or his estate.
<br /> The Court further finds that the time fixed for filing claims has long since elapaed.
<br /> IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERFD, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims not now on f i�e
<br /> be and the same are hereby forever barred.
<br /> The Court further finds that all of the debts of the decedent, including expenses of last
<br /> illness, funeral expenses, expen$es of administering this estate, including attorney' s fees,
<br /> ha.ve been paid in full; that the executors have waived any claim for executors' fees.
<br /> The Cc�urt further finds that this estate had both a net and grosa value of less than Ten
<br /> Thousand Dollars, and was not sub,�ect to Federal inheritance tax or 3tate inheritance tax,
<br /> IT IS, THEREFORF, ORDERED, ADJUDGrD AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Executors be and they are
<br /> hereby discharged and their bond released.
