<br /> described owned by said decease8 at the time of his death did pass and deacend to the following
<br /> heirs : to Edna F. Knuth, widow, an undivided one-third interest therein; to Florence Rnuth
<br /> Bockman an undivide8 one-third interest therein; and to Maxine Knuth Hasselmann, an undivided one-
<br /> third interest therein, equally share and share alike, in fee simple title, subJect, however, to
<br /> the homestead rights of the said Edna F. Knuth and distribution is aceordingly made.

<br /> Nebraska, Executor Qf the Estate oP Claua F. WulY, deceased, filed in this Court its Pinal account
<br /> as sueh Executor and a petition praying tha.t said account be allowed, for a decree of helrship,
<br /> an order of distribution, a final settlement thereon and discharge.
<br /> For these purposes, the 30th day oP December, 19�7, at 10 o � clock A.M. at the County Court Room
<br /> in said County was aseigned as the time and place for hearing said petition, examining and
<br /> allowing said account; and it was ordered that notice of the pendency of said petition be given to
<br /> all persons intere$ted in said estate by publishing sucr� notice in the Grand Island Independent,
<br /> a legal newspaper printed in said County, for .three weeks prior to said day oP hearing; and it
<br /> appears by proof on file that said notice was given as ordered by Court and that no ob3ections to
<br /> � said final account have been ma,de or �'iled.
<br /> Upon exainination oP the recard and the evidenee in this matter and being duly advised in the
<br /> premises, the Court finds as follo�s:

<br /> That Claus F. Wu1P de�arted this liPe on the 13th day of Ma.y, 1947, in arand Island, Ha11 County,
<br /> Nebraska, testate, and at the time of his death he was a resident oP Hall County, Nebraska.

<br /> That on the 17th day of May, 19�F7, First National Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, filed in this
<br /> Court an instrument purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of said Claus F. Wu1P, deceased,
<br /> wherein said petitioner was named executor, and a petition offering said Will for probate, alle�ing
<br /> that said C�aus F. Wulf departed this life on May 13, 1947, in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> and on the 17th day oP May, 19�+7, an order of thia Court was made therein assigning the llth day of
<br /> June, 19�7, at 1� o�clock A.M. in the County Court Room in said Couaty as the ti�e and place Por
<br /> hearing sa.id petition, proving said `�Till and admitting the same to probate and ordering that notice
<br /> oP the pendency of said petition and hearing thereon be given to all perso�s intErested in said
<br /> matter by publishing said notice in the Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper printed in said
<br /> County, for three successive weeks prior to said day oP hearin�, and it appears by proof on file
<br /> that notice of said order was so given.

<br /> The Court further find� that on the llth day of June, 1947, said instrument was proven, allowed and
