NO. 9 HALL COUNTY <br />M <br />0 <br />resident of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />SECOND <br />That on the 27th day of September, 1946, Ethel Zlomke, sister of said Ida Zlomke, <br />deceased, filed in this Court a petition praying for the appointment of said Ethel Zlomke as <br />Administratrix of the Estate of said dec ase d n t �^th day of S t mbe3 �;�1 46, an order <br />of this Court was made therein assigning' h� � Y�tober';"�1 ; an pFac "Aor hearing <br />said petition, and ordering that notice of the pendency of said petition and. the hearing thereon, <br />be given to all persons interested in said matter by publishing said notice in the Grand Island <br />Independent, a legal newspaper printed in said County, for three successive weeks prior to said <br />day of hearing, and it appears by proof on file that notice of said order was given as ordered by <br />this Court. <br />THIRD <br />The Court further finds that Ethel Zlomke named in said petition, was upon her giving <br />bond in the sum of $1,000.00 as ordered by this Court, appointed Administratrix as prayed; the <br />Court further finds that the deceased, at the time of her death, was an unmarried woman., leaving <br />her no issue her surviving, and that she -_eft the following heirs -at -law and only heirs -at -law, <br />to -wit: Bertha Zlomke, her mother., her father having preceded her in death. <br />FOURTH <br />That on the 23rd day of October, 1946, an order was made herein allowing creditors three <br />months from and after the 20th day of November, 1946, in which to file their claims against said <br />estate and said Administratrix one year in which to settle said estate, and further ordering that <br />a notice to creditors be published in the Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper published <br />and circulating in Hall County, Nebraska, for three successive weeks prior to said 20th day of <br />November, 1946, and that a hearing on claims filed against said estate would be held at the office <br />of the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, on February 21, 1947, at 9 o'clock A.M., and- it <br />appears by proof on file that notice of said order was published as ordered by this Court. <br />FIFTH <br />The Court further finds that on the 10th day of February, 1947, said Ethel Zlomke, as <br />Administratrix, filed in Court her inventory of the property of said estate, and that according to <br />said inventory, the deceased died seized and possessed of the following described property, to -wit: <br />An undivided 2/39 interest in Lot Sixteen (16) of Ross and Ashton Park, located and being a sub- <br />division of a part of Lots Fourteen (14) and Eighteen (18) of the County Sub - division of the West <br />Half of the Southwest Quarter (W2S,Tlj) and a part of the East Half of the Southwest uarter (EiSWU <br />of Section Fifteen (15) in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M. in <br />Hall County, Nebraska, value $460.00 <br />Chattel property of the value of $700.00 <br />SIXTH <br />The Court further finds that according to the laws of decent and distribution, said <br />property descends umto Bertha Zlomke, mother of said decedent and sole surviving parent of said <br />decedent. <br />SEVENTH <br />The Court further finds that on the 21st day of February, 1947, an order of this Court <br />was made barring all claims not filed against said estate; the Court further finds that all debts <br />and claims against said estate, including the costs of administration in said estate, have been <br />fully paid and that there remains no money or property in the hands of said Administratrix for <br />distribution, she having turned over the personal property of this estate unto Ethel E. Zlomke, <br />Executrix under the Last Will and Testament of Bertha Zlomke, deceased, said Bertha Zlomke, <br />deceased, being the mother of said Ida Zlomke, deceased. <br />EIGHTH <br />The Court further finds that there is due and payable to the County Treasurer of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, no inheritance tax herein whatsoever. <br />IT IS THFREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COT?RT that the final report,7of <br />Ethel Zlomke, Administratrix herein, be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as such; <br />further that Bertha Zlomke is the sole and only heir-at-law of Ida Zlomke, deceased, and that <br />the property described in paragraph Fifth hereof, descends according to the laws of descent and <br />distribution of the State of Nebraska as found in paragraph Sixth of this decree; further that <br />said Ida Zlomke, deceased is one and the same person as Ida C. Zlomke, and was sometimes known <br />as Ida C.
