The remainder, if any, shall pass as hereinafter provided. <br />After the death of Glen of Glen T. Steffens, deceased. ) <br />Now on this 15th day of November, 1946, this matter comes on for hearing on the petition of <br />Charles Steffens, administrator of said estate, praying for allowance of his final account and <br />assignment of the real estate, and the Court finds that due and legal notice has been given of <br />the time and place of this hearing as required by law, and in consideration of the evidence the <br />final report and an examination of the filed in this matter the Court finds that Lenora A. Steffens <br />departed this life on the 30th day of March, 1946, and that she was immediately.preceeding her <br />death a resident of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska; that on the 22nd day of June, 1946, Charles <br />Steffens was appointed administrator of said estate; that he qualified and has been acting in <br />that capacity since; that deceased left as her only heirs at law, next of kin and persons interested <br />in her estate the following: <br />Charles Steffens, husband of deceased, of Hastings, Nebraska <br />Hallie Hansen, a sister, of Pocatello, Idaho <br />Robert Patterson, a brother, whose present address is unknown <br />That deceased left no child or children, nor the issue of any deceased child, nor father or <br />mother surviving her, and that the above named interested persons are all of legal age; that <br />deceased died seized and in possession of the following described real estate: <br />Lot 5, Block 2 Schimmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />That due notice was given to all persons to file claims against said estate as provided by law <br />and no claims have been filed, and that all claims not filed should be and hereby are forever <br />barred. <br />The Court finds that the expenses of the last sickness, funeral charges and costs of administra- <br />tion have been paid in full, and that said estate is not liable for or chargeable with State <br />Inheritance tax or Federal Estate tax. <br />The Court further finds that the report of the administrator is correct and allowed and <br />approved; that there is no personal property in the hands of theadministrator for distribution, <br />and that the real estate above described should be and hereby is assigned to Charles Steffens.: an <br />undivided one -half thereof, and to Hallie Hansen and to Robert Patterson, sister and brother of <br />deceased, to each an undivided one - fourth thereof. <br />1 <br />In <br />L <br />fl <br />1 <br />
