Strasser, who is of <br />legal age, and that all of the real estate or interest therein owned by the said Mathilda M. Strasser <br />at the time of her death passed and descended to the said Harold G. Strasser by fee simple title <br />abablute. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said <br />Harold G. Strasser, administrator of the estate of Mathilda M.
