M. <br />Register of Deeds <br />DECREE <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />In the matter of the estate ) ESTATE NO. <br />of ) DE CREE <br />Andrew Cosh, Deceased. ) <br />Now, on this 3rd day of July, 1946, this matter came on before the court for hearing upon the. <br />petition of Andrew Cosh, and was submitted to the court. <br />The Court, after being fully advised in the premises, and after due and careful consideration, <br />finds that legal notice of this proceeding has been given to all persons interested, both <br />creditors and heirs, as required by law; that the allegations of said petition are true; that <br />the said Andrew Cosh died intestate on April 1, 1907, a resident of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska; that said decedent died more than two years previous to the 'filing of the petition <br />herein, and was, at the date of his death, seized of an estate in fee simple in and to land <br />situated in the state of Nebraska, to -wit: <br />All. of the southerly one -half of Lots T Ulee (3) and Four (4) in Block Nineteen (19) in the <br />Original Town, now City, of Grand Island, Hall, County, - brvka <br />That no administrator of the estate of said deceased s een appointed in the state of <br />Nebraska, and that no decree of heirship has heretofore been entered in a probate of his said <br />estate in Nebraska; that said deceased left surviving him, as his sole and only heirs at law, <br />the following: <br />Margaret Cosh, surviving spouse, <br />William Cosh, son of deceased, <br />Jessie Cosh) now Jessie Finch, <br />daughter of deceased, <br />Mary Cosh, now Mary Weed, daughter <br />of deceased, <br />Richard Cosh, son of deceased, <br />Andrew Cosh, son of deceased, <br />Margaret Cosh, now Margaret Meservy, <br />daughter of deceased. <br />That the interest of said deceased in and to said real estate descended as follows: a one - <br />sixth interest to each of the Following: W,11liam Cosh; Jessie Cosh, now Jessie Finch; Mary Cosh, <br />now Mary Weed; Richard Cosh; Andrew Cosh; and Margaret Cosh, now Margaret Meservy; subject to <br />the life estate of Margaret Cosh, widow, that said Margaret Cosh, widow, of said Andrew Cosh, <br />deceased, died on the 13th day of April, 1917. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, DETEIUIINED AND DECREED that the interest of the deceased in the <br />real estate hereinbefore described descended, a one -sixth interest to each of the following; <br />William Cosh; Jessie Cosh, now Jessie Finch; Mary Cosh, now Mary Weed; Richard Cosh; Andrew Cosh; <br />and Margaret Cosh, now Margaret Meservy, children of said Andrew Cosh, deceased, subject to the <br />life estate of Margaret Cosh, widow. <br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED that all claims or demands against the estate of <br />Andrew Cosh, deceased, whether due or to become due, whether absolute or contingent, shall be <br />and, the same hereby are, forever barred. <br />Charles Bossert <br />COUNTY JUDGE. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />CERTIFICATE <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA, ) <br />) ss.
