M. <br />in Valley County, Nebraska, and the South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S-07) of Section Three <br />(3) in Township Sixteen (16) ITorth, Range Thirteen (13) in Sherman County, Nebraska, unto William <br />Fechtner and William Blauhorn, Executors under the Last Will and Testament of Martha Otto, <br />deceased, in trust to be sold by them as stated in said Will, for the purpose of vp•, ain., costs of <br />administration, claims and legacies provided in said Will, and said personal property was <br />bequeathed as more specifically set forth in said Last Will and Testament and Codicil thereto <br />breinbefore described. <br />SIXTH <br />The Court further finds that on the 27th day of October, 1941, an order of this Court was made <br />allowing certain claims filed against said estate and barring the filing of any and all other <br />Claims against said estate and excluding, the holders thereof from setting up or asserting any such <br />claims apainot said estate. <br />SEVENTH <br />The Court furt+.ler finds that on the 25th day of June, 1941, A. J. Luebs was appointed appraiser <br />of said estate for inheritance tax purposes and on the 25th day of September, 1942, after giving <br />notice as by lawn required and taking testimony thereon, filed his report with the Court appraising <br />said estate and on the 25th day of September, 1942, this Court entered an order finding all of the <br />bequests, legacies and devises in this estate exempt from the payment of any inheritance tax and <br />declaring all of said estate exempt from the payment of any inheritance tax by any of the devisees <br />or legatees of said estate whatooever and hereby orders that no inheritance tax is due in this <br />estate whatsoever. <br />age, The Court further finds that all claims against said estate, including attorney's fees, Executors' <br />12 fees and expenses and costs of administration hereof and expenses of the last illness and burial <br />of said Martha Otto, deceased, have been fully paid by sAid Executors, that full distribution of <br />said estate has been made according to law and the provisions of said Last Will and Testament and <br />Codicil thereto of said Martha Otto, deceased, and the final report filed herein is true and <br />correct in all respects and should be allowed. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of William <br />Blauhorn and William Fechtner, Executors, be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as such; <br />that Anna Blauhorn named in said Last Will and Testament of Martha Otto, deceased, is one and the <br />same person as Anna PuI. Blauhorn and is sometimes known as such; that Dora Fechtner named in said <br />Last Will and Testament of Plartha Otto, deceased, is one and the same person as Dora E.
