<br />Is Fred G.Johnson, County Judge, in and for said County, do hereby certify that on this
<br />21st day of July, A.D. 1945, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of the
<br />said Margie B.Edwards, deceased, which was filed in this Court, on the 21st day of June, A.D. 1945)
<br />and being the instrument to which this is annexed, was duly proved, approved, probated and allowed,
<br />as the last will and testament of the said Margie B.Edwards, deceased, in and for the State of
<br />Nebraska; and it was ordered to be recorded in the records of the County Court aforesaid.

<br />That on the 24th day of July, eibelt H.Itzet became and,at all times .continue to be the
<br />duly appointed, qualified and acting administrator with will annexed of Margie B.Edwards, the
<br />deceased and in the performance of his duties has complied with the law and the orders of the
<br />court; that he has filed his final accounts which is true and correct and is approved, and has
<br />shown by the same, the administrator received no cash or personal property and has-made no dis-
<br />tributions, that the only property of the estate is the real estate set forth and described
<br />in the inventory, towit:
<br />Northwest Quarter (NWJ) of Section Twenty -eight (28), Township Nine (9),North,Range
<br />(11),West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The court further finds that the deceased left surviving as her only heirs at law and
<br />next of kin, her daughter, sons and Grandson as follows:
<br />Minnie Pratt, Daughter
<br />Martin C.Goble, Son
<br />Homer L.Goble,Son
<br />Vernon E.Goble, Son
<br />Gerald Goble, Gra rdson.
<br />That the husband predeceased, the testatrix, Margie B.Edwards; that under the terms and
<br />provisions of said last will and testament of the deceased, said described real estate was devised
<br />in equal portions to Minnie Pratt, daughter, Martin C.Goble, sometimes called Charles Martin
<br />Goble, a son, Homer L.Goble, son, Gerald Goble, grandson* the court finds that said property
<br />belonging to this estate is of the approximate value of 42500.00 and that the costs of the Court
<br />is taxed at $49.50; that the administrator, Seibert H.Itzen should be and is allowed $50.00 for
<br />his services and that Bruckman & Dunmire, attorney fees for their services are allowed at $100.00
<br />and that upon payment of said costs and allowances, the administrator should be discharged and
<br />his bond released.
<br />The Court further finds that there were no debts against the estate and if any there were,
<br />the same has become barred by lapse of time and it is so ordered by the court; that said estate`
<br />is not subject to the payment of any Federal. Estate Tax our State Inheritance Tax.
<br />IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED in accordance with the findings herein made:and that
<br />said described real estate be and is hereby.assigned in equal portions to Minnie Pratt, daughter,
<br />Martin C.Goble, son, Homer L. Goble, son, and Gerald Goble, Grandson; as provided and in accordance
<br />with the terms and provisions of said last will.ard testament of the deceased, and that said adry
<br />ministrator, on payment of the costs, administrators and attorneys fee, as herein allowed, he

<br />WILL AND DECREE
<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF RICHARD N.LONGMATE.
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN: I, Richard N.Longmate, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />being of sound mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory
<br />life, do therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT:
<br />FIRST. I order and direct that my Executor and Executrix hereinafter named, pay all my just
<br />debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND. After the payment of such funeral- expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath unto
<br />my beloved wife, Gertrude F.!Angmate, the undivided one -half of all the property of which I -say
<br />die seized, real as well as personal, of whatsoever description, and wherever located.
<br />THIRD. I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved daughter, Ethel E.IF4 the remaining
<br />undivided one -half interest of my said property both real and persona ,s uated and possessed
<br />by me at the time of my death.
<br />LASTLY, I make, constitute and appoint Gertrude F.Longmate as Executrix and the Nebraska
<br />Loan & Trust Company of Grand Island, Nebraska, as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament,
<br />hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the - -- day of
