78 <br />THEAUGUSTINECO. 20112.2-41 <br />I hereby will and bequeath unto my three daughters, share and share alike, namely: Elsie Dorothy <br />Mary Williams John Myron Duncan <br />Louis A.Holmes <br />Duncan, Dossie (Duncan) Weldon, and Olive (Duncan) Hillyer. The Northeast quarter (NEJ) of the <br />Southeast quarter (SE) of Section Nine (9),Township Ten (10),Range Eleven (11),West of the 6th <br />P.m., consisting of forty (40) acres, I hereby will and bequeath unto my daughter, Elsie Dorothy <br />Duncan, to be her sole property. <br />iv. <br />Any and <br />all <br />personal property that may be <br />in my possession at my <br />decease and after all debts and <br />WILL <br />expenses <br />of <br />administration have been met, <br />the remainder is to go <br />to my loving wife, Ida Louisa <br />Duncan, <br />for <br />her use during her lifetime, <br />and at her decease any <br />and all personalty remaining shall <br />Grand Island, <br />pass to <br />my <br />three daughters, namely, Elsie <br />Dorothy Duncan, Dossie <br />(Duncan) Weldon, and Olive (Duncan) <br />In the Matter of the Estate <br />I <br />of <br />Hillyer, <br />share <br />and share alike. <br />V. <br />My son, Myron J.Duncan, has oeen provided for and is cognizant of what has been done, and has <br />voiced his willingness to accept the provisions made for him, in lieu of taking any share under <br />this - Will. <br />V1. <br />I hereby appoint my daughter, Elsie Dorothy Duncan, to serve as executrix of this, my last Will <br />and Testament, and I hereby request tnat she be not required to give bond for the execution of the <br />same.
