Kirk <br />County Judge <br />This cause came on for hearing upon the ap.)lication of Flora B.Haux, Executrix of the Last will <br />and testament of Charles L.Haux, and upon her petition for settlement of the estate and her discharge. <br />The Court, having examined said re,7ort and records, and files, and being duly advised, finds that <br />due and legal notice has been given to a.11 persons interested in said estate of the time and i)lace <br />fixed for hearing upon said final report as heretofore ordered by the Court, and no one appearing <br />to object to said final re;,ort the Court examined the same, together with the vouche 'rs on file and <br />testimony in support thereof, and bein duly advised finds that said report is true and correct in <br />all things and ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said Executrix. <br />The Court finds that said Charles L.Haux died on the 6th day of June, 1938, leaving a last will <br />and testament. That at the time of his death he was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, <br />The Court further finds <br />that on March 17, 1939 a petition <br />was filed <br />herein praying <br />for the <br />allowance and probate of an <br />instrument purporting to be the <br />last will <br />and testament of <br />Charles L. <br />Haux. The Court thereupon <br />fixed April 12, 1939 as the date <br />for making <br />proof of said last will and <br />testament; that d.1ae notice <br />of the filing of said petition and <br />the time <br />and place fixed <br />for hearing <br />thereon T,Tas given by the Court, <br />as by law provi ded, and on <br />said date, <br />April 12, 1939, <br />said'instru- <br />merit was duly proven, allowed and admitted to probate in this court as and for the last will and <br />testament of the said Charles L.Haux, deceased., and Letters Testamentary were duly issued thereon <br />to Flora B.Haux, Executrix as named in said last titilill and testament and she thereupon duly qualified <br />as such. <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to a.11 persons of the time and <br />place fixed b.Y, the Court for the filing of claims against said estate, that all claims filed have <br />been paid; that the date fixed for filing claims has fully expired, <br />IT IS THER7FORE ORDERED that all persons having claims against said estate, if any such there <br />be, and not filed herein, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such <br />claims against said estate. <br />The Court further finds that there was no Inheritance Tax to be paid. <br />The Court further finds that all property, real and personal, has been distributed to Flora B. <br />
