I <br />1 <br />HALL COUNTY-'. <br />In the Matter of the Estate <br />of <br />Augusta M.Kemp Fedder, deceased. <br />14 <br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the <br />15th day of February 1936, instruments purporting to be the last will and testament and Codicil of <br />Augusta M.Kemp Fedder,.deceased, were filed for probate in this Court. That on the 12th day of <br />March, 1936, said instruments to which this certificate is attached were duly proved, probated and <br />allowed as the last will and testament and Codicil thereto of the real and personal estate of said <br />Augusta M.Kemp Fedder, deceased, and the same were ordered to be recorded in the records of the <br />Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 12th <br />day of May, 1936. <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE <br />OF <br />(SEAL) <br />Paul N.Kirk <br />County Judge <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COt1NTY, NEBRASKA. <br />AUGUSTA M.KEMP FEDDER, DECEASED. <br />) <br />FINAL DECREE. <br />) <br />.Now on this 27th day of July, 1935, this cause came on for hearing upon the Final Report of the <br />Nebraska Loan & Trust Company of Grand Island, Nebraska, Administrator of the Estate of Augusta M. <br />Kemp Fedder, deceased, with Will Annexed, and upon the petition of said Administrator for the allow- <br />ance and approval of said Report, settlement of said estate, and discharge herein, and the court <br />having examined the records and files herein and being fully advised in the premises finds that <br />due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the Court for the <br />hearing upon said Final Report, and no one appearing.to object to said report and the Court having <br />examined the said report, together with the vouchers on file, finds that said report is true and <br />correct in all things and that the same ought to be approved and allowed as and for the Final Re- <br />port of.said Administrator, said estate settled and closed and said administrator discharged. <br />The Court further finds that the said Augusta M.Kemp Fedder departed this life on the 10th day of <br />February, 1936, and at the time of her death she was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,. <br />Nebraska, and left a Last Will and Testament and Codicil thereto which were by the consideration <br />of this court duly proven, allowed and admitted to probate on the 12th day of March, 1936; that <br />Frederick Wietzer, Executor named in said Will died prior to the death of the said Augusta M.Kemp <br />Fedder, the Nebraska Loan & Trust Company was named Administrator with Will Annexed and letters of <br />administration were duly issued by this Court to the said Nebraska Loan & Trust Company of Grand <br />Island,Nebraska, of the estate of Augusta M.Kemp Fedder, deceased. <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and <br />place fixed by the Court for filing claims against the estate of said deceased and that the time <br />so fixed has fully expired and that all persons having claims against said estate and not filed <br />within the time limited by the Court are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting <br />any such claims against said estate. <br />The Court further finds that said Administrator with Will Annexed has paid the funeral expenses <br />of said deceased, all debts against said estate, and the costs of this proceeding and has made due <br />distribution of the residue of the personal estate of said deceased to the legatees under the Will <br />of said deceased and nothing further remains in the hands of said Administrator belonging to said <br />estate; that sufficient money was.not realized from the sale of the personal property to day all <br />of the bequests in full and that due and proper proportionate distribution was made among the <br />legatees and devisees. <br />The Court further finds that one Henry Gordon has filed photostatic copies of Powers of Attorney <br />issued to him by all of the legatees under said Will residing in Germany, and that the shares of <br />
