That all of the costs and expenses of admin- <br />istration have been paid in full. That neither said estate nor the beneficiaries are subject to <br />estate or inheritance taxes. That all of the real estate of which the deceased died possessed, <br />and all of the remaining personal property does pass and descend, under and by virtue of the terms <br />and provisions of his last will and testament, as heretofore allowed and admitted to probate.
