<br />situated to have the same absolutely,subiect to the following conditions;I direct that the

<br />one sixteenth (1/16) Part which I have given to my daughter Anna Wendt Fehls as well as the
<br />amounts referred to in paragraphs Six (6),Seven (7) and Eight (8) aforesaid shall be held in
<br />trust by the Grand Island Loan & Trust Company of Grand Island Nebra.ska,and to be invested
<br />by said Company for her in first class loans or securities,and the income,interest or returns
<br />shall be paid to the said Anne. Wendt Fehls until the date when her daughter Alve Fehls,would

<br />become eighteen years of age and I further direct that the one sixteenth (1/16) part of which
<br />I have given to my grand- daughter,Alve Fehls,shall be held in trust by the Grand Island Loan

<br />& Trust Company and shall be invested in first class securities or loans and the income or
<br />interest therefrom shall be paid to her mother,the said Anna Wendt Fehls.until said Alve Fehls
<br />becomes the age of eighteen years,for the use and benefit of the said Alve Fehls,in the event
<br />of the decease of the said Alve Fehls before she becomes eighteen years of age then said one
<br />sixteenth (1/16) part which I have given her,shall be held in trust by the said Grand Island
<br />& Trust Company,upon the condition that the income therefrom shall be paid her mother the said

<br />Annd Wendt Fehls,until the date when the said Alve YOUR would have become eighteen years of
<br />q 4ge,and then the principal sum shall be paid to her mother Anne, Wendt Fehls.
<br />I further direct And order that in the event one or more of my said children or any of the

<br />legatees herein named,contest said will and testament,then and in that event he cr she or they,
<br />who contest,shall receive nothing and their share shall go to my daughter Alvina Wendt Sanders
<br />of Council lluffe.lowa.
<br />Lastly,I make constitute and appoint the Grand Island Loan & Trust Company as my principal
<br />executor and my son Alfred Wendt of Grand Island,Nebrask�_. as co- executor of this my last
<br />will and testa.ment,hereby revoking all former wills made by me.
<br />This will consists of five (5) pages all of which bear my signature.
