All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property both real estate and personal, <br />wherever situated and owned by me at the time of my death, I give devise and bequeath to my Brath� <br />Samuel A Steadman, subject to the payment of the foregoing legacies and debts herein provided, <br />12. If my personal property be insufficient to pay the debts and legacies bereinbefore pro- <br />vided, I direct that my executor sell so much of my real estate as will be necessary for the pay- <br />ment thereof, <br />13.
