82 <br />MLL AND DEGREE REGORD No. �s <br />The court finds that tree estate of William Axt, Jr., was not subject to inheritance tax. <br />It is tzerefore, considered, adjudged and decreed that all of the right, title and interest <br />of William Axt, Jr., in aria to lots 1, 2, 3, 42 5, 63 7, 5, 9, 10, 11 and 12 in Block 1, - Lots <br />5, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 in Plock 2, in Axt & Hagge's Addition to the city of Grand Island, Neb- <br />raska, and Lot A of Gilbert's Subdivision of the Northerly two - thirds of Lots 3 and 4, in Block <br />79, in the original town, now city, of Grans. Island, Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death <br />of the said William Axt, Jr., intestate, in the manner following, to -wit: <br />To Mary Axt, widow of the deceased, an undivided one -half of said real estate, and to Willi <br />Axt, Sr. and Henriette Axt, parents of the deceased, the remaining one -half of said real estate <br />in equal share$. to have and to hold to them and their heirs and assigns forever, subject to the <br />homestead right of the said Mary Axt, his wido� °. <br />J.
