Mullin <br />County Judge. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />F I NA L D.EC RE E. <br />Now on this 6th day of June, .1916, it appearing to the court <br />that all persons interested in the estate of Joseph Russell, deceased, have entered their volun- <br />tary appearance and waivea time and further notice, this cause came on for hearing upon the f <br />report of the executor ana executrix of the last will ana testament of Joseph Russell, deceased. <br />After a full examination of slid report, the court being fully advised in the premises, fi <br />that said executor and executrix have received from all sources the sum of $5400.00; that they <br />have paid the funeral expenses, the costs of administration ana the cash bequests under the will <br />and have distributed the remainder of the said money among the residuary legatees in accordance <br />with the terms of the last will and testament, and there remains no money or other property in <br />the hands of the said executor and executrix, and that said report should be allowed as and for <br />their final account. <br />it is therefore ordered and adjudged by tie court that the report of the executor and execu- <br />trix of the last will and testament of Joseph Russell, deceased, be and the same hereby is approv <br />ed and allowed as and for the final account. <br />The court finds that notice was given to all creditors of the said Joseph Russell, deceased, <br />of the time allowed for filing; claims against the estate of paid deceased, in the manner provides <br />by law and the order of court; that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that no <br />claims of any nature were filed against said estate; that all claims outstanding against said de- <br />ceased, if any such Vhere be, are forever barred and excluded. <br />The court fines tnat the said Joseph Russell departed this life on the 19th day of August, <br />1915, being, at tree time of his death a resiaent of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he left a last <br />will and testament which instrument was duly allowed and admitted to probate in this court on the <br />1 <br />I <br />1 <br />I— <br />I <br />
