<br />Olof Berg, deceased,
<br />flow on this 30th day of Decem'oer, A.D.1911, this cause came on +o be heard
<br />anon the final report of Lawrence A.Berg, administrator of the estate of Olof Berg, deceased,
<br />and it appearing to 'the Court that the only persons interested in said estate are Louisa Berg,
<br />Robert Berg and said Lawrence A.Berg, all of whom have entered their appearance herein, waived
<br />notice and publication of the filing of said report and requested that said report be approved
<br />and said estate settled as prayed by said administrator, and, it further appearing after a full
<br />examination of the account exhibited by said administrator that no claims have been filed again
<br />j
<br />st said estate; that the costs of administration have been paid; that no personal estate came
<br />into the possession of said administrator and that there remains nothing in his possession be-
<br />longing to said estate and that all claims outstanding against said estate, if any such there bell
<br />are barred and excluded; that notice was given to all creditors in the manner provided by law
<br />of the time and place for presenting claims against said estate of said deceased and that the
<br />time allowed for the filing of said claims has fully expired.

<br />It is, therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed that the report of Lawrence A.Berg as adminio-
<br />i
<br />trator of the estate of the said Olof !Berg, deceased, be and the same hereby is in all things
<br />approved as and for his final report; that the said Lawrence A.Berg is hereby discharged as
<br />such administrator and that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any claims
<br />or demands against the estate of the said Clof Berg, deceased, and that said estate is fully I
<br />settled and closed.

<br />have compared the foregoing copy of The Final Decree in the estate of Olof Berg, deceased,
<br />with the original record thereof, now remaining in sa id Court, that the same is a correct trans —j

<br />cript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record

<br />The Court further finds that the said Olof Berg, deceased, left surviving him as his heirs
<br />� I
<br />at law and his sole and only heirs at law, Louisa Berg, , his .widow, and Robert Berg and Lawrence
<br />A.Berg, sons.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Clof Berg died, possessed and seized , in fee simple, of
<br />the following described real estate situated in the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska to -IV it

<br />Lots NumberedSix (6) and Seven (7), and the South half of the Southeast quarter, all in Sect-
<br />ion Eighteen (18), in Township Ten (10), 1,.orth of Range Ten (10), fiest of the oth Principal
<br />14eridian. The Court further finds that said Lots Six (6) and Seven (7), in Section
<br />Eighteen (18), Township Ten (10), North of Range Ten (10), West, was , at the time of the death j
<br />of the said Olof .Berg, the homestead of the said Clof Berg and his wife, Louisa Berg, and that

<br />tl:e same is now the homestead of the said Louisa Berg,
<br />The Court further finds that upon the death of the said Olof Borg, the above described

<br />real estate, to -wit: Lets ?lLuabered Six (6) and Seven (7), and the South half of the Southeast

<br />quarter, all in Section Eighteen (18), in Township Ten (10), North of Range Ten (10), Nest, did
<br />ass and descend, by absolute title, under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska,
<br />to the said Louisa Berg, Robert Berg and Lawrence A.Rerg, share and share alike, subject only
<br />to the homestead estate of the said Louisa Berg in and to Lots Six (6) and Seven (7), in Section
<br />Zighteen (18) in Township Ten (10), North of Range Ten (10), pest, in Hall County, Nebraska.
