Also 2 lots Situated in the County of Hall and the State of Neb- <br />raska,lots Five and Six in Boggs and Hills Addition, <br />Also the Perry and the Perry Privilage from Letart Falls O. to Letart West Va, and from <br />Letart Jest Va. to Letart Falls Ohio, including the Steam Boat Wasp and all the leases to <br />the Ferry landings and all the Skiffs Boats and lines and fixtures belonging to me, also all <br />the household goods and the Kitchen Furniture belonging me, <br />Also that my beloved Wife may sell any of my property she see fit to sell and use the pro- <br />ceeds to her benefit, and my Children benefits during her natural life and what is left of my <br />property I want the residue _iiviled equally between my three Sons and One daughter, <br />I now Nathan Sayre do declare that the above will is my will for Wife Nancy M.Sayre and <br />am satisfied with the aboe will, <br />I also do a-,,-)point Nancy MI.
