Guyer, being of sound mind and memory, do make and publish this, my last will <br />and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any tire made. <br />1- I direct that all my just debts, including funeral expenses and the expenses of administra- <br />tion be paid by my executors. <br />11- I devise and bequeath to my son Julius William Guyer, three fourths of the residue and remain <br />der of my estate, both real and personal. <br />X11- I devise and bequeath one fourth of the said residue and remainder of my estate to such of <br />my children as shall survive me, and to such children of my deceased husband, Charles F. Guyer, <br />as shall surviveme each to receive an equal mart. <br />1V- If my son, Julius William Guyer, does not survive me, and leaves no legal issue, I give <br />and bequeath his portion of my estate to such of my children as shall survive me, and to the legai <br />issue of any deceased child or children by way of representation of such child or children foreve4 <br />i <br />in equal parts. Guyer, of Glenwood, Iowa, signed the foregoing instrument at the date it bears, in <br />i <br />the presence of each and both of us, she at the time being of sound mind and memory and fully <br />competent to transact any and all business, and she at the time declaring the foregoing instru- <br />ment to be her Last Will and Testament. <br />And at the same time, and as a hart of the same transaction and at the special request of the l <br />.said Helen L. Guyer and in the presence of each other, we sign this attestation, as Witnesses to <br />the due execution and signing of said Last Will and Testament. <br />Witness our hands at Glenwood, Iowa, this 25th day of Septenber, A.D. 1902. <br />Wm. Guyer was duly proved before me, J. H. Mullin, County Judge of Hall County, according <br />to law, as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of the said deceased and <br />the same was admitted to probate and duly recorded in this office. <br />In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court, this <br />10th day of July, A.D . 1909. <br />J. Guyer, deceased. <br />Now on this 9th day of April, 1910, this cause came on for <br />hearing; upon the final report of William H. Guyer, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of <br />Helen L. Guyer, deceased and it satisfactorily appearing to the Court, from the proof now on file <br />that all persons interested in the estate of said deceased have been duly notified by publication <br />of the filing of said report, and of the time and place fixed for the hearing thereon, as require <br />by law and the order of court dated March 28, 1910, and no one appearing to object to the allow - <br />ance of said account, and it further appearing to the Court after a full examination thereof, <br />that said report is correct in all respects and ought to be approved and allowed, it is therefore <br />ORDERED, ADJUDGED., AND DECREED that the -report of William H.
