Mullin. <br />(SEAL) County Judge. <br />IN THE CCUITTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />In the matter of the Estate of <br />Final Decree. <br />Theobald Heitz, deceased. <br />Now on this 27th day of January, 1910, this cause came on <br />for hearing upon the report of Amelia Heitz, Executrix of the Last Will and Testai:ient of Theo- <br />bald Heitz, deceased, and it aDpearing to the satisfaction of the Court, from the proof now on <br />file, that all persons interested in the estate of said deceased, have been duly notified by <br />publication, of the filing of said report and of the time and place fixed for the nearing thereon, <br />and there beinE no objection or protest on file, and it further appearing to the Court, after a <br />full examination, that said report is correct in all respects and ought to be approved and <br />allowed, it is, therefore, <br />Ordered, Adjudved, and decreed that the report of Amelia Heitz, Executrix of the last will <br />and testament of Theobald Heitz, deceased, be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and <br />for her final account and she is discharged of her trust. <br />The Court finds that notice was given to all persons, in the manner provided by law, of the <br />time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate; that the time allowed <br />for filing claims against said estate has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed <br />
