Wheeler, deceased. ) <br />This cause came on for hearing on the 26th day of December, A. D. 1908, and <br />it appearing to the Court from the proof on file that all persons interested in said estate <br />have been duly notified as required by the order of of this court dated on the 15 day of Hecei;ber' <br />and after a full examination of said account the Court finds the same is correct in all respects <br />and ought to be allowed. That the said deceased, Isaac E. Wheeler, is the same and identical <br />person as is named as grantee, in a deed to the said premises filed and recorded in the office <br />of the County Clerk of the said county on the 6" day of June, 1876, in Book of Deeds "G ", page <br />147, and the same and identical person mentioned and named in the petition for Letters of Ad- <br />ministration herein as I. E. Wheeler. It is therefore considered by the Court that said <br />account be and is hereby allowed as the final account of said William H. Thompson, administrator <br />of the Estate of the said rsaac E. Wheeler, deceased. That all moneys and property coming into <br />f the hands of the said administrator have been distributed and vouchers submitted and filed thet.67 <br />for of the respective parties entitled thereto. !hat the said Isaac E Wheeler, died sdized of <br />the following described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: The East half of the <br />(10) <br />West half (Ej of W-111) of Section Twenty (20), in Township Ten (10), North of Range Ten „West <br />of the 6th P. M. That his sole and only heir was and is Mary Ann Williams, and by reason thereof' <br />she, the said Mary Ann Williams, became and is the owner in fee of the aforesaid lands as the <br />sole and only heir of the said deceased. It is further ordered and decreed that the said <br />administrator be and is hereby discharged from the said trust and his bondsman released. That <br />in addition to the costs heretofore paid by the said administrator of this administration there is <br />$9-40 which has been paid into this Court by the said administrator, and in addition thereto <br />$1 50 for recording of this final decree to the recorded` of said County. That there was a <br />balance coming into the hands of the said administrator, over and above the debts and claims <br />i <br />against the said estate and the costs of administration, of $103 -76., and that the same became and; <br />is the property of Mary Ann Williams, the sole and only heir of the said deceased, which amount <br />has been paid by the said administrator to the said Mary Ann Williams, and her receipt therefor <br />submitted and filed. The Court finds that by order of court dated February 3, 1908, creditors of <br />i <br />the said Isaac E. Wheeler were allowed six months from the 10th day of February, 1908, in which <br />to file their claims in the office of the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska; that the time <br />then allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that notice of the time allowed and place <br />appointed for presenting claims against.said estate was given all persons by publication and <br />I <br />1 <br />1 <br />I <br />
