<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />ADAM J LANDENBERGER AND CHRISTINA L LANDENBERGER, HUSBAND

<br />to AREND R BAACK, attomey, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS
<br />AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated MARCH 18, 2003 and recorded MARCH 24. 2003 in the Office of the HALL
<br />COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in
<br />DOCUMENT #0200303422 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
