<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated July 13, 2007, executed by Juan Munoz, a single person and
<br />Delmi Rodriguez, a single person, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Instrument 0200705962 on the 13�" day of July 2007, and an
<br />Modification Of Deed of Trust dated January 14�', 2008 executed by executed by Juan
<br />Munoz, a single person and Delmi Rodriguea, a single person, which was recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as Document #0200800570 on the
<br />24th day af Jan, 2008, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />THE EAST HALF OF THE WEST HALF (E1/2W1/2) OF LOTS ONE (1}, AND
<br />TWO (2), IN BLOCK SEVEN (7), IN HANN'S THIRQ ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of
<br />Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 29th day of June, 2011.
