<br />CORNERSTONE BANK, A NEBRASKA BANKING CORPORATION organized and existing
<br />under the laws of the UNITED STATES GRANT'OR, in consideration of ONE �OLLAR ($1.00)
<br />and other valuable consideration received from Grantee, E�.ISEO CALDERON AND JESSICA
<br />CALDERON, MUSBAND AND WIFE as joint tenants with rights of survivorship and not as
