<br />THIS DEED OF T"RUST is made as c�f the �� day of December, 2Q10, by and among

<br />Island, Nebraska 68801 and UUANE A. BURNS, Attorney at Law, ("TRUST��"), whase mailing adt�ress
<br />is: P. O. Box 2300, Grand Island, Nebraska 68802 and GRAND ISLANf� AR�A HABI7AT FOR
<br />HUMANITY, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, ("BENEFICIARY"), whose mailing address is: P. O. Box 1��1,
<br />Grand Island, Nebr�ska 68802.
<br />F(7R VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Trustar irrevocably transfers, conveys, and assigns to
<br />Trustee, IN TRUST, WITH POW�R OF SALE, far the benefit and security af Beneficiary, und�r and
<br />subject to the terms and conditians of this Deed of Trust, the real property located in the County of Hall,
<br />State of Nebraska, and legally described as fallows: (the "Praperty")�
<br />Lot Two (2), Evans Second Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall Caunty, Nebraska
<br />T�GETHER WITH all rents, easements, appurtenances, hereditaments, interests in adjoining
<br />roads, streets and alleys, improvements and buildings of any kind situated thereon and all personal
<br />property that may be or hereafter become an int�gral part of such buildings and improvements.
<br />7h� property and the entire estate and interest conveyed to the Trustee are referred to collectively
<br />as the "Trust Estate".
<br />FOR TH� PURPOSE OF SECURING:
<br />a. Payment of indebtedness in the total principal amoimt af $65,433.p0 with no interest thereon,
<br />as evidenced by the c�rtain Promissory Note of even date (the "Note") with a maturity date of December
<br />1, 2Q31 executed by Trustor which has been delivered and is payable to the order of Beneficiary, and
<br />which by this reference is hereby made a part her�of, and any and all modifications, extensions and
<br />renewals thereof, and,
<br />b. Payment af all sums advanced by Beneficiary to protect khe Trust Estate, with na interest
<br />thereon.
<br />This Deed of Trust, the Note, and any other instrument given to evidence or furth�r secure the
<br />payment and performance of any obligation secured hereby are referred to collectively as the "Loan
<br />Instruments".
<br />TO PROTECT THE SECURITY OF THIS DEED OF TRUST:
<br />1. F'AYMENT OF INDEBTEDNESS. Trustor shall pay when due the principa{ of, and the inter�st
<br />on, the indebtedness evidenced by the Note, charges, fees and all ather sums as provided in the Loan
<br />Instruments.
<br />2. TAXES. Trustor shall pay each installment af all kaxes and special assessmenks of every kind,
<br />now or hereafter levied against the Trust Estate or any part hereaf, before delinquency, without nokice or
<br />demand, and shall provide Beneficiary with evidenc� af the payment of same. Trustor shall pay all taxes
<br />and assessments wh+ch may be levied upan Beneficiary's interest herein or upon this Deed af Trust or the
<br />debt secured h�r�by, without regard to any law that may be enact�d imposing payment of the whole or
<br />any part thereof upon the Beneficiary.
