<br />Hall County, State af Nebraska, coverizag the follc�wing described property (as defincd in Neb.

<br />b. The above mentianed trust deed was �iven as security for Loan, described in
<br />trust deed, in. the original amount of '�'wenty One Thousand ar�d 1�10/100 Dollars ($21,000.00)
<br />executed on April 25, 2008, by trustor in favor of beneticiary.
<br />c. Trustor desires to obtain a loan in the amoua�t of Ninety Thousand and No/1O0
<br />Dollars---($90,OOO.UO) from EQUITABLE E3ANK, 113-115 N. Locust St., City of Grand Island,
<br />County of Hall, State of Nebraska, herein referred ta as lender, but lender requires that such loan
<br />be secured by a trust deed that will be prior to the trust deed in favor c�f beneficiary.
<br />d. Beneficiary is willing to subordinate the lie�� of the trust deed in their favor izasofar as
<br />it encumbers the above-described premises, to the trust deed made in tavor of lender in order tl�at
<br />trustor naay obtain such loan from lender. For the reasc�ns set forth abc�ve, and in consicieration of
<br />the mutual covenants and promises of fhe parties taeretc7, trustor and beneficiary covenant and
