<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by Trust Deed executed by
<br />GIAET, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company
<br />To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME PEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated June 1S,
<br />2010, and recorded rune 23, 2010, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 02010p4360, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in Writing that this Deed af
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance t�vith the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the inter�st and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in th� following described premises, but only as to such premises;
